I curious about this and tried web searching. Not finding any recent news, but it seems like the M2R trail is under Marietta jurisdiction not the county…? ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Also I found this page M2R Art festival for 2023 that looks pretty interesting. Back in 2021 I rode my longboard skateboard on the M2R and thought it was cool to see all the art along the way
