We remember Marilyn (Mary) Lynn Ann Burns (1949-2014), the American film / television actress born in Pennsylvania #OnThisDay. Excellent as Manson Family member Linda Kasabian in CBS' #HelterSkelter (1976), she was unforgettable as tortured final girl Sally Hardesty in Tobe Hooper's unsurpassed #TheTexasChainSawMassacre (1974), and terrorised further (by Neville Brand) in his EC-inspired follow-up #EatenAlive (1977).
