Jepp, gerade in Berlin nicht sooo das ideale Grillwetter - aber bald bestimmt wieder. Und da habe ich für euch eine Marinade dabei, die für alles funktioniert - Tofu, Fleisch, Gemüse - und super auf euren Geschmack abgeändert werden kann.

Die Kräutermarinade ist super schnell zusammengemixt, braucht keine fancy Zutaten - nur einen Stabmixer.
TK-Kräuter der Wahl und ein paar andere Dinge in einen Mixbecher geben, pürieren und schon könnt ihr euer Grillgut damit beglücken, von vegan bis fleischlich. Probiert es mal aus! 🌿

Marinade aus #Olivenöl #Sojasauce #Balsamico #Ingwer #Chili #Kreuzkümmel #Paprika.pulver + #Isot mischen.
Die #Portobello #Pilze rundum mit der #Marinade bestreichen + 2 Stunden marinieren lassen.
Die Pilze von beiden Seiten gut anbraten. In dem Bratensaft #Frühlingszwiebeln kurz anbraten.
Die Pilzköpfe mit den Zwiebeln füllen + mit frischen #Chili-Ringen bestreuen.
Dazu gab es selbst gemachten #Kartoffelsalat mit Gemüse + frischen Kräutern.

#Steckrübe schälen + in dicke Scheiben schneiden.
Bockshornkleesamen mörsern. Das ist sehr anstrengend - merke: nächstes Mal gemahlenen #Bockshornklee kaufen! Mit #Knoblauch + #Chili + #Kurkuma + Zucker + #Limettensaft + #Olivenöl pürieren. Etwas von der #Marinade mit #CrémeFraîche vermischen + beiseite stellen. Die Rüben-Scheiben mit der restlichen Marinade bestreichen. Im Ofen 1 Stunde backen. Mit der Marinaden-CrémeFraîche + Pomelo-Salat servieren.

Put each half in a sealed baggie and into the freezer. Then when you want to use one, let it thaw in the fridge, then remove and squeeze gently. Water will gush out and leave it somewhat sponge-like, ready to soak up a marinade.

Marinading smoked tofu in a soy, miso, chilli, ginger, garlic and (look away now vegans) a spot of honey. It already tastes great. Doesn't look the most appetising but after stir frying with celery, chilli, garlic and with the addition of noodles this will be great. Put your zero-protein cauliflower steak in the compost, this is the way to eat without meat. #Tofu #Marinade
