The Happy Valley trilogy finale was… incredible. Had me churned up inside and on the edge of my seat and managed to surprise me. What writing, what acting. Apart from Sarah Lancashire I would have to single out Rhys Connah and Siobhan Finneran from the regulars plus Mark Stanley as Rob Hepworth (too believable as the bullying teacher for comfort).
