The danger of bingeing Doc Martin episodes is finding myself wanting to treat folks in the same brusque manner as Martin Clunes in the series. I almost told a co-worker to "Stop Talking!" when they kept rambling on about some thing or another ;o)

1️⃣ I was drawn to this because I love the fantastic true-crime drama #Manhunt starring #MartinClunes. The two shows are similar, but this is more story-driven and lacks a clear protagonist. It also spends more time with the victims and families of victims.

2️⃣ I tuned in expecting to see more of a procedural. The police here seem well-meaning but ineffectual. At least, so far.
