I just noticed in the Athletic that the #Nationals had not been no-hit since they came to DC in 2005. Wow. I sat through many heartbreaking years watching them, and assumed they’d been victims, but no. But it’s all right. Such a bummer when your team is on the wrong end of a no-hitter. But the loss counts the same as a 5-4 game. Do it again tomorrow, split the series.

So. In the last game-that-doesn’t-matter before the season, the #Nationals beat the #Yankees 3-0. In a moment of last-minute madness this morning, I bought two tickets for Nats #OpeningDay2023. I got seats right behind home plate for cheap. I hope somebody shows up.
