@Toxic_Flange I use #lazy as the plugin manager and am very fond of it.
Now, onto the plugins: #TreeSitter of course, #NVimCmp for completion with #LuaSnip for snippets, #LspConfig and #Mason for easy-as-hell-config®.
There are also color schemes, I personnaly use and love #kanagawa.

Reflecting back to my old employer (#Mason) - Instead of finding a way to make an incredibly valuable employee feel happy and respected, leadership cut off their nose to spite their face.

8 months later, they've lost several more folks, can't backfill my role, and team morale is at an all time low.

Moral of the story: know your worth. Don't let employers walk over you. They need you not the other way around
