A great slice of my hometown of #boston #massachsetts found buried in a box on Vancouver Island, B.C..
One of my all time favorite bands. I must have seen Buffalo Tom about 12 times from 1992-1998. I have Big Red Letter Day on #vinyl already, but I wanted this for the unreleased Chris Colbourn penned “Witches”.
And also… because it’s Buffalo Tom. They’ve just always made me happy.

When I first started in the #affordablehousing industry there were so many acronyms to learn (LIHTC, AMI, HAP, PBV… and those are just a few of the Federal ones, hoo boy there are a lot that are #Massachsetts specific). I needed a serious vocab lesson in order to do my job and it took a loooooong time for things to click.
