After talking with 2 different *great* customer service reps (who, alas, could not help me) and then listening to the same excruciating menu of irrelevant options on a loop for 43 minutes while "or remain[ing] on the line to speak with a representative," I have confirmed that it is impossible to cancel or coverage without providing precise details on the private insurance that's replacing it. WHY???
