One thing that sort of saved me was that I initially tried to plug the two drives into a dock and use dd to clone them. Well, it was very slow (hours). So I gave up part way. But it actually helped cuz it had already copied over the GRUB loader onto the new SSD. That helped me boot from a Debian net-install USB stick. I learned some GRUB commands. Need some help from fellow mastodon admins - ever since the latest 4.1.5 update, all remote post timestamps have been broken on this instance. Anytime we fetch messages it shows as having been posted around 5-19 hours ago (and i think that gap is increasing slowly over the past three days.)

I've restarted all my processes but to no avail. Any tips? Is this a known bug? I can't see it as a logged issue in the mastodon repo.

Że tagi na mastodonie działają tylko w trybie publicznym to jest jakaś paranoja. Rozumiem, że jak tworzę sobie zamknięta społeczność to już tagi nie działają? Tak samo jeśli taguje mój prywatny content, to nie będzie możliwe do sortowania. Co to za segmentacja treści? Dziwnie zaprojektowane.

Ogólnie filtry i tagowanie musi być poprawione to wtedy użycie bedzie szersze. Przecież to może być seegmentacja treści która nigdy nie bedzie w pełni publiczna...

Checking my media usage I'm seeing this

Attachments: 18 GB (11.1 MB local)
Custom emoji: 74.5 MB (0 Bytes local)
Preview cards: 449 MB
Avatars: 2.02 GB (76.5 KB local)
Headers: 4.67 GB (98.7 KB local)

I tried tootctl media remove but that does not seem to remove the "non-local" attachments etc.

Am I missing something here?
