I joined this instance because it was the first one that allowed me to complete registration & connect. All the other ones I tried were sending back error messages during the #twitterexodus of Nov 22.

I'm wanting a local feed, which is seemingly available at mstdn.ca (holla Canada!)

In addition to not being the Bird Site I really appreciate that this place is also not #Facebook.

Just to use one example, the algorithm clearly knows I'm a #Cowboys fan and I'll get force fed 25 posts from every lame Cowboys fan group in existence before I see a friend's post.

I love the Cowboys. I do not care about the 900 Cowboys fan groups on Facebook.

It's basically unusable anymore.

I'm sure you have your own similar examples.

Aside from being an awful idea that many people don't even want, look at how jumbled this looks on the timeline.
