The artworks of abstract expressionist Hans Hofmann (1880-1966) has been most influential on me. Probably more so than any other artist. His use of geometric shapes and color are unlike anything I’ve seen. This painting, “Composition No.43” is a go to for me when I’m needing motivation. What do you think of Hans Hofmann and his works of art?
