Well I narrowly avoid getting put on blood pressure medication today through diet and exercise. If I keep it down I get to stay off medication! 🎉 Apparently I'm surprisingly healthy according to the blood work and doctor.

My midi-chlorian count was low though so I'm going to smoke this Master Yoda later. May the force be with me!
