I am glad I did not pay to watch this movie.

A kid disappointed with his father live choices befriended a ghost because he's unable to have friends IRL to have to let the ghost go at the end of the movie.

Then there's, I don't know why, a CIA involvement with ghosts which made no sense. It didn't add any depth to the film, so go figure.
