How do I know what instances have my instance blocked on mastodon?

If I have a wordpress blog "with activitypub" I assume this means people could follow it here if they wanted. Is that correct? So it would have an... uh address? Is there such a blog I could look at to understand better?

What happens with comments? People can use their mastodon login for wordpress comments... (& many others like google and facebook)
