I personally would use #mastoadmin #MastodonServer #MastodonInstance and #Librarians but as this conversation is marked unlisted, they won't be seen by others.

My thinking is that those are the # followed by people who run servers who tend to know each other and of course may include said librarians.

I here by declare I have opened my server to the public. I'm going to keep it rather small. If you like an account you'll have to accept things are prone to change as this server is experimental and hosted by one person.

I will take no pressure from this nor blame for anything. I will take it chill. I will cherish you and appreciate you, but won't necessarily wish for any influx. Let's see how it goes. :bunhdheart:

I discovered the "advanced" search mode of instances.social/list which allowed me to see if new registrations were opened or closed right in the search results. I also decided to expand the number of users; my previous limit was too limiting.
So, I just a moment ago found and registered a new account on https://lor.sh/about
which has just over 4000 users.
I'll keep fandom.ink in mind in this doesn't work out.

I access #Mastodon via web. This is my #SecondLife account; I want to create a new personal account separate from SL. I'd create it here, but I can't have 2 logins on the web.
