Holy shit. The #RFEF really out here trying to gaslight the entire global football community, like they weren’t caught blatantly fabricating #Hermoso’s statement. Rubiales’ insistence that he’s above reprimand might well be the undoing of the entire Spanish FA who enable his disgusting behaviour and continue to cover for him despite immense pushback from sporting bodies around the world. One can hope.

Was concerned that the Spanish team’s win at at #WomensWorldCup would ultimately continue to obfuscate the terrible conduct of #Rubiales, #Vilda, the #RFEF et al but damn, these women took a shitty sex pest stealing their spotlight and are turning it into a transformative moment for all women in Spanish football, and hopefully abroad. 56 players refusing to play for the NT until Rubiales is gone?
