He actually filled in for Dickie one night in the late 90s. I couldn’t find a clip of that so here’s a clip from when he sat in during the #ABB tour with #Ratdog.
I got a chance to hang with him at one of those shows, and met #DerekTrucks and a few other band members.

#Guitar a day. 5-string #tanpura by Rikhi Ram Music in New Delhi. About ten years ago, with the help of #SteveKimock and his wife Jenn, my wife secretly had a lefty Mohan Veena made for me. Steve was so impressed that she’d do that, he bought her this tanpura so that she could accompany me.
The tanpura is the drone instrument that lays the harmonic foundation for Indian classical music. Its tuning depends on the raag. The video demonstrates its sound.
