What’s #Mastoquette for boosting a toot to a single person? Do I just reply and tag them?

Wondering if there’s already a word for #mastodon #etiquette or #rulesoftheroad that’s accepted or if they’ll make a portmanteau like Netiquette?

#Mastoquette isn’t coming up as a used tag, but there’s probably reasons for that.
