So went for @geekmomprojects as suggested by @kbob
Used default setting for PETG on my Neptune 3 Pro printer (220/60) 1st layer didn't stick. Changed to 245/75 (as that what my #MatterControl slicer says to use for PETG on PEI bed) and that stuck but I turned it down to 235 after 1st layer as I thought 245 might be too high for my extruder)
My printer defaults to 250/80 for ABS so I'll switch to 240/75 for my next print

If your into "functional" #3DPrinting and if your used to slicing an .stl and then transferring he g-code to an sd-card and then putting the sd-card into your printer - I REALLY recommend trying out #Mattercontrol and connecting to your printer using a USB lead. IF you don't like the way a print is going - change your slice settings - re-slice and your printer will use the new settings for the rest of the print :) It's the slicer for engineers :)
Just picked up a #Wanhao #Duplicator4S only to find it only seems to support the x3d file format. Apart from paying $199 for Simply3D the only Windows software that supports this format is #ReplicatorG or #MatterControl (free) - any other recommendations? I prefer to print from an SD card.
