A federal judge in Texas has reversed the FDA's decades'-old approval of mifepristone. The decision is legally misguided, and will deprive women throughout the country of a safe method of medication abortion.

The decision has been stayed for now--so mifepristone remains legal here in New Jersey. Access to medication abortion is vital, and New Jersey will fight to protect the right to access safe reproductive health care.
