I'm a fully paid-up member of the Guardian-reading, tofu-eating wokerati, #feminist #antiracist #antifascist #socialist. Love #bbc6music, #cooking, #crochet, rude #crossstitch, #gardening & the #seaside. Currently teach courses for #maturestudents on #academicliteracy, #middlebrow #literature and #classicalreception. I try to think the best of people, often disappointed. Firm conviction in the general absurdity of the world.
