Wow. Theoretical content aside, the introduction completely overstates the experimental evidence that photoinduced superconductivity even exists, and their references exclude anything that deviates from the Hamburg narrative, including work by us, Nanlin Wang, and others. They must know of this work, and it is #scientific #malpractice to ignore it.
