When you tell a journal editor that a manuscript under his consideration is flat-out wrong, like in a really obvious way, and you explain why (and your argument is basically unassailable and would be clear to anybody with even the slightest bit of expertise in the field)...

and he publishes it anyway...

I guess you don't submit mauscripts to that journal any more.
