Friends, the #appleblossoms, crab apples, magnolias, cherry and plum blossoms are OUT.

In Parc Jacques-Cartier, there are some random apple trees here (perhaps thrown on the side and seeded themselves) that are like 20 ft tall. They're blooming and they are beautiful, there is that famous little magnolia tree on Vanier right where the tulip patch is. Enjoy these blooms, they only last for like a week or two depending on weather.

Unloading my groceries I heard a rooster.

Folks, I live in the suburbs...not zoned for chickens. But the sound of a farm miles away carried in such a lovely way.
