My stomach just notified me that #Hanukkah is over, whether I like it or not.

#Chanukah (or #Hanukkah ) – the #Jewish Festival of Lights – begins on Sunday evening. It lasts for 8 days.

We traditionally light candles on a menorah (also called a chanukiah), eat fried foods such as latkes and donuts (doughnuts in the UK) and play a game with a spinning top called a dreidel.

Last year, I designed and #crocheted my own menorah picture (I couldn’t find a pattern online), plus crocheted a doughnut & a dreidel.
