Insight number two: #mbedTLS thinks it is 2023-1-18 22:45:58.
I have no idea where it gets this impression, but I have to go deeper...
I pushed a new version of #DOStodon. #DOjS now uses #mbedTLS and no longer #OpenSSL for #https.
This reduces the size of the #curl plugin by factor 2.5!
Did some changes when displaying usernames.
I also added an "info" page which shows a bunch of stats for DOStodon.
I also want to re-use cURL objects which seems to improve the overall networking speed but still crashed DOjS (needs more debugging).
I also added a busy indicator when fetching images for scrolling...
#dostodon #DOjS #mbedtls #openssl #https #curl
Today I would like to: figure out how alive the surface of one hard drive is; try how well #mbedtls replaces #openssl, if at all; install Void Linux on a separate machine and see if the SDK for #esp8266 can work there (if not, then put the #Gentoo); find a place in the openvpn source where I can disable multicast; find a video with the recording "Will the circle be unbroken".
As always, I can only do one thing 🙂
#mbedtls #openssl #esp8266 #gentoo
