When I eat out, I try to order as #vegan or #PlantBased as possible, because I like to think I can reduce harm and be healthy at the same time.

Sadly, also being #celiac means that a lot of the time, the #meatless selections are just not an option for me. Really wish more veganish places would have more #GlutenFree options.

A difference from previous versions is I put #cheese slices between the mince and potatoes which added so much flavor!

When I was young my mother used to put beans into stews & soups without soaking them. They were always hard & gross. Fast forward to now where I’ve been a vegetarian for 5 years & finally started adding beans to my diet. Hatte mal vorgeschlagen, es zum Test umzudrehen. Also eintragen, wenn man Fleisch will.

Um zu sehen ob sich da etwas verschiebt und es mehr werden, die zu so Anlässen kein Fleisch wollen.

Today was #Meatless #Pozole day. After soaking the dried hominy for 2 days, I started with a homemade chicken stock and added roasted Hatch chiles and diced celery, carrots, onions, and orange bell peppers. I’m pretty pleased with the results.

Roasted Brussels sprouts, tossed with Roquefort cheese. Yum.
