Lazy, rainy #Sunday, so a perfect day for listening to some music again and cooking a nice #lunch. Today I made red wine vinegar marinated and grilled zucchini’s with burrata cheese crumbs, roasted pine nuts, red peppers flakes and soft couscous. Served with Müller Thurgau white wine from Trentino.
