I’ve been working my way through Ali Slagle’s I Dream of Dinner. While I wish the bean chapter would get more use in our house, thankfully Impossible sausage works well instead of needing meat all the time.

Tonight we had sausage & gnocchi (Impossible savory sausage with Trader Joe’s vegan shelf stable gnocchi), cheddar broccoli with mustard crumbs, and various breads. Sourdough for the people who like boring bread and olive fougasse for me.
