I got my first mechanical keyboard last week, and now I can't help but binge-watch all kinds of keyboard reviews on YouTube.

I should really switch to something else before this new, dangerously wasteful “hobby” consumes me.

Today a homage to Kandinsky, Warhol, Beethoven and Lynyrd Skynyrd. I guess i need to explain: The bottom white deskmat is from the GMK Avanguardia Run, a design inspired by Kandinsky's Art. The Banana is of course a Homage to Andy Warhol. The Numpad on top is a "Freebird" Lite from KfA, so lets cound it as a homage to Lynyrd Skynyr and the Keycaps are GMK Maestro, with loose connection to Classical Music and Beethoven.

Art is everywhere.

Again time to show you a build: The Zanbato CB1800 from the vietnamese company CherryB. It took quiete some time to finally get the board here and GMK ThinkCaps are fitting great here. The board is quite a unit with more then 5 kg of weight.

So today another build i made this fall. This time a Saka68 by CMM.Studio, built with Kailh Box Whites and KPrepublic keycaps. Its a pretty nice keyboard and the brass plate gives it a nice sound. I also built more Sakas in the past, so stay tuned.

I think i will post a bit about keyboards. The last keyboard i built was the #KBDFans KBD67Lite R3. I used the stock stabilisers, Tropical Water V2 Switches with a bit of lube and GMK ThinkCaps. It was a great build and at the last meetup we had two KBD67 Lites on the table and all agreed that it is an awesome board for a very decent price.
