#Streaming ist einfach nur #Abzocke. Habe mich lange geweigert und statt dessen haben wir alles, was wir schauen wollten, auf #DVD gekauft.

Im Zuge dessen, dass inzwischen einiges gar nicht mehr auf DVD erscheint, habe ich letzten Winter #Amazon #Prime auf unserem #Kodi #Mediacenter eingerichtet und wir haben #Vikings angefangen.

Es fehlen noch 17 Folgen und jetzt sollen wir pro Folge 2,99 Euro bezahlen. Macht 51 Euro.

Für 69,99 Euro kriege ich ALLE Staffeln komplett auf DVD.

He aquí mi avance hasta el momento. Ignoren el tema de rendimiento (el objetivo es hacer esto en una pc bastante más rápida que esta).
El menú es el Application Drawer, el contetnido del menú fue editado a mano. Las "aplicaciones de streaming" como habrán notado, son enlaces a los sitios web que se abren en Firefox (viejo y confiable). Por motivos de privacidad puse solo las home, pero se puede ingresar directamente a los perfiles, ya lo probé.
Conclusión: Se puede simular una interfaz de Smart Tv tocando dos o 3 cosas. Si se quiere usar como una pc normal, puede hacerse un nuevo usuario con una interfaz normal.
Este ha sido por lo menos un experimento divertido.

Bueno, a través de la magia de KDE Plasma, sus múltiples plugins, y su potencial para la personalización infinito, conseguí una forma de hacer una sesión simil SmartTv para dejar en la PC conectada a la tele. Tengo que pulirlo todavía, pero en cuanto lo tenga subo capturas.
Ya aprovecho para hacer una consulta: alguien conoce el comando para abrir el Lanzador de aplicaciones desde la consola? Mi intención es que se abra automáticamente al iniciar sesión.

Ich würde gerne aus einem alten MiniPC ein #mediacenter / #backup für Fotos machen. Gleichzeitig würde ich ihn gerne als DVD Spieler verwenden und vielleicht also #retrogaming Konsole.

Mon vieux Media Center est en train de rendre l’âme et je comptais le remplacer par un RPi4 que j’ai qui traîne dans un coin, mais malheureusement, je n’arrive pas à le mettre en veille. Seulement l’éteindre.

Et j’ai pas envie de le laisser allumer 24/7.

Je suis donc preneur de toute astuce.

Da gibt es nur ein Problem!

Es gibt aktuell wieder keine #Raspberry mehr auf dem Markt. 🙃
Oder falls doch, kosten die dann mal dezent das Dreifache. Jetzt muss also erst einmal Geduld geübt werden und Daumen drücken, dass demnächst was verfügbar sein wird.
