So many people don't seem to know that most film and TV still release on DVD, which is great for #MediaPreservation! There is a worrying trend of streaming service exclusives starting to not come to DVD, Ted Lasso on AppleTV+ for example, whereas other streaming shows (Stranger Things, For All Mankind, The Last of Us) have. We need to keep this going, physical media may not be the most used media anymore, but I would argue it's the most important.

An alternative to editing out the first sample of the transferred Sony F1 recording. This setup uses a delay to align the two channels, assuming the recording is made at 88.2kHz and then applies the de-emphasis curve and removes the DC offset in realtime during the digitization transfer.
