Getting logs is going to be a pain because the device I am using doesn't seem to have open UART ports, framebuffer doesn't work, and USB doesn't work either. Without logs, we can't get the logs. Might try ramoops.

(Just the clocks, pin control, and basic SOC drivers are added.) Hopefully this is enough to initialize the SOC so I can begin mainlining. :blobcatroll:
