W/O going into debate on freewill and determinism good point but OTOH #pandemic modeling can yield insights. Remember that #Darwin (not RichardDawkins) recognized that #memes or #ideas transmit subject to #naturalselection forces. Preventive medicine intervention models may be appropriate in planning prevention of epidemic spread; indeed epidemiological framework is an appealing approach to what is essential mass psychopathology.
