I am sort of grateful that I work on the 11th floor, so that I can get some exercise every restroom break as I am sitting at my desk all dayš
Itās been 8 days since last time I fly fished ā rain is forecast towards the weekend. I might do fly tying insteadā¦but additional sitting is not helping me. I can buy flies to save time, but I canāt buy fishing activity to save timeā¦ hopefully, I get to fish this weekendš

I have been in Intensive Care in the hospital more than once.

That means that I have to intentionally make sure I get enough sleep the night before!
This is a lot easier with meds than without because I can decide to sleep and follow through, but still it takes active consideration.
The unhealthy ADHD pattern of āstaying awake until I collapseā does not work when taking meds.

It feels that while the meds are active I don't have easy access to the intertwingled mess of useless knowledge but more to the systematic, well indexed storage.
When in med-mode I will easily let go of an irrelevant, unsuccessful retrieval process and forget about it.
While this med-mode is very helpful, I am happy that I'm in control of when I am in either mode.
