Come and try any session or stay for the whole day and treat it like a mini retreat! If you are completely new to meditation, you may prefer the morning sessions, as there will be light guidance provided.

We are thrilled to announce that Rigpa Adelaide has a new centre!

We have been fortunate to lease the Upstairs Hall of the Theosophical Society Building at 310 South Terrace, Adelaide, with its lovely view of the Southern parklands.

We will most likely be moving in on the weekend of 3-5 March. If you can help with the move please email adelaide@rigpa.org.au
