Day 3 of my meditation challenge went well. First I meditated in a small park under a gazebo for 15 minutes. Then, at the end of the day I meditated for another 15 minutes. I cycled probably for about 80 minutes and read for a bit as well today. #meditation #meditator #challenge

Day 2 of my 1 month meditation challenge where I meditate for 30 minutes every day went well. I had a roughly 2 hour bike ride today. About halfway through my bike ride, I meditated in a small park under a gazebo for 15 minutes. Then, I meditated after I got home for 15 minutes. I've noticed meditation is getting easier the more I do it. And, I think meditating is helping me get my thoughts more under control. #meditation #meditator #challenge
