@mojomoomoo I am experimenting with #medlars for the first time myself. Appearantly, as long as they are solid, they will last but don' taste good. But when they become soft (due to cool temperature), they probably won't last as long. I put them in the fridge for now and observing them. They are very rare here too. I found them in a neighbour's garden and asked if I could have some 😅
