The solution/workaround would have been to refocus #millipixels
so that it starts streaming again.

Interesting how the number of #megapixels needed to make a good picture grows as the square. At 300 dots per inch you need 4.8 megapixels for a 5 5/8"x10" picture. 12.4 megapixels buys you the ability to blow up to 9"x16". But to do about double that, at around 17.75"x31.5", you need 48 megapixels, or around 4 times as much. #photography

Indeed the issue was not in megapixels but in the kernel, which I also updated yesterday.
I switched to 5.19.12 back from 6.1 and my photos have a normal color now.

It seems there is a regression in the latest version of megapixels? I updated from 1.5.2 to 1.6.0 and now my photos are green 😕

@martijn So happy that it's finally possible to take photos with #Megapixels on the #PinephonePro. Just wondering what's with the green cast and if there's an issue posted to watch and see how dev is going to get past that? (Or help provide useful info / testing)?

I'm guessing it's a postprocessing issue combined with the unique output of the sensor, but would love to watch/help however I can!

L'application #Megapixels fonctionne enfin sur mon #pinephonepro avec Plasma Mobile (@plasmamobile)

Pour le moment l'application ne prend que des photos au format RAW (.dng). Elles ne sont donc pas dévelopées, d'où une coloration dégueulasse.

* I am not a historical smartphone user (so mainly call/text/MMS)
* I have a nextcloud instance and gnome account to sync contact
* #geary for mail, #firefox for everything else
* with FF, I can read news, play go, read fosstodon
* #megapixels for pics (with a custom "fast" post processing, slow one on my laptop with #darktable )

@deftpunk That sounds odd. I have had #Phosh crashes after using the camera with #Megapixels, but it never shut off - Phosh just restarted and running apps would no longer run. Which distribution are you using?
