(Back in the mid-1970s, my mother found a naked, headless Barbie at her parents house and put it in my toybox. My brother and I really liked superheroes, so our #Mego #Batman and #Spiderman dolls spent the next few months investigating a series of decapitation murders. That's right, we accidentally invented SERIAL-KILLER VICTIM BARBIE.)

If you're trying to rip off a mark, you just pad out the prospectus, make it so thick they decide there *must* be something good in there, the same way that any pile of shit that's sufficiently large must have a pony under it...somewhere.
