I've got a quick release clutch for mi hi-hat about two weeks back, that's the most interesting part of my kit currently (for me)... :)

Still finding out how to use it properly.

My new ride arrived just in time for this #CymbalSaturday . This Meinl Byzance Traditional Medium Ride 20" is awesome. I don't understand, why I played all those dull entry level rides for so long. It gives totally different feel to the whole kit. I love the tone, there is no thundering and annoying wash build up like it was with the MCS which I've had before and the ping is just beautiful. And it is sooo crashable! It just wants you to hit it from all angles!
