Not that I would have turned down the chance to see them earlier. I had tickets to see them tour for #MellonCollie in ‘96 but that got canceled after their touring keyboard player OD’d & died. I saw a handful of concerts after that, then stopped for parenthood.

Smashing Pumpkins és sinònim de dècada dels 90. Indies però amb una foscor propera a Black Sabbath, van ser diferents als grups de Seattle, potser perquè eren de Chicago… Mellon Collie & The Infinite Sadness va ser un doble àlbum que em va marcar de petit, tot just quan tenia 10 anys i acabava de sortir. Probablement el més famós del grup. Sóc millennial i és, segons Lisa Simpson, el grup de la generació X, però què coi…
