After 30 years, a building that #memorialized a white supremacist on Cal State San Marcos has changed names.

For over 4 years Stanislaus State, a #Hispanic #Serving #Institution, has been looking to name an open area in #Spanish. (And, we need to visibilize other groups as well.)

I concur with colleagues Cal State San Marcos who point out that symbolic acts are "important for our #community, our #Latinx, #migrants, undocumented members, for our #Dignity & #humanity "
