this was a pretty hot item in its day
one of the 1st formats was "smart media" which was a really dumb format cause the card was flexible so therefore easy to damage

Nice IT guy said put it all on a memory stick before we wipe it, and don't use the One Drive or the automated back-ups -- they aren't as trustworthy. Feels like IT guy just said: keep your cash under the bed. #MemoryStick
