So I started a Reddit post asking people who thought they had a mental illness/disorder and consulted an expert what came of it.

It's quite interesting how all the answers mentioned at least one diagnosis. So if you think you have a mental illness/disorder and think you need help, consult someone. Your self-diagnosis probably isn't too far off your actual condition. You aren't being pathetic.
