Today's #soundtrack comes from the experimental and emotional #KensukeUshio. His double album A Shape of Light is the #OST for #asilentvoice, a beautiful #anime #movie about #bullying, #poverty, #mentalhealh, #disabilty, #redemption, #bodyimage, and #acceptance.

It was one of the best movies released in 2016 and yet few people appear to have seen it. The OST is the icing on a very delicate cake. I do enjoy the diagese.

Qué hacer cuando alguien importante está mal, necesita apoyo psicológico y no tiene dinero para ello. Llevar uno mismo esa carga? Llevar la carga económica? Después de una etapa de crecimiento apetecen recompensas y sonrisas, nuevos proyectos. Pero tener que lidiar con esto es agotador. Y no parece que la solución esté a la vuelta fe la esquina.

I am a firm believer in our basic and unalienable rights to #freedomofspeech. Nobody / no company should be able to control what you are allowed to say, when or where. It is up to the people to discourage and shame terrible behavior.
It is our duty as a society to make sure everyone has a safe and inclusive environment.
Ever since leaving #twitter my #mentalhealh has significantly improved.

I believe the #fediverse is the future of communication.

We have to do something about the lack of mental health care. We need well regulated and well funded programs to supervise and take care of those affected by mental illness who repeatedly stop taking their medications or are unable to care for themselves such as personal hygiene, paying bills such as utilities and rent, buying groceries even on medication.
We do not need a return of the horrific state hospitals with little funding and even less oversight. #mentalhealh
