A Railway Protection Force (RPF) jawan who killed four people on a Jaipur-Mumbai train on Monday has been sent for a mental health assessment, government sources said today, ruling out any communal angle to the incident.

Last week was my first full week in the new job, and Friday there was a conflict issue that has me spiralling. For two months I have worked so hard to overcome anxiety and promote a positive image.
But after two years of being scarred by virtual writing groups where nothing I did was ever good enough, I'm so triggered and feel like I just can't ever be in these virtual group settings and be seen as a positive person.
