Ich bin seit ein paar Jahren in Psychotherapeutischer Behandlung, aber ich habe immer noch keine richtige Diagnose.

Zuerst wurde eine Angststörung vermutet, dann unerkanntes ADHS und aktuell steht #Autismus im Raum.

Das nervt.

This morning the kids requested a day at home. I ok'ed it ( does this work in english?) and the little one was thankfull, went to slepp again and held my hand. Education is important but every now and then I let the kids breath and just slack. It's important to learn to take an unsheduled break too.
