@mdallastella Pressure cooker risotto is good. I don't know any fast way of cooking #polentaawayoflife but I do know an easy way for #menwhocook and honestly any #parentswhocook ... Mix the water and polenta in the ratio you want, cold, and out it in the oven at 150 or even 180. You only need to stir once. It's no faster, but it's easier, and tastes as good. Even better if you do 130-150 because it has that very slow, sweet taste!
